Chillin’ out by the riverside


Another day, another hike. My hiking companions and I decided to opt out of the soggy Fête Nationale and went stateside for a day trip. I had passed through Crawford Notch a few times without stopping so it was high time to make its acquaintance. A short but steep hike brought us to Ripley Falls. We were greeted by this caretaker who was undisturbed by the hikers comings and goings.
