100th post: Weekday wanderings – Mont Chauve

Welcome to my 100th post! Thanks for hanging around along the way.

I dragged my husband out for a hike yesterday afternoon because trails aren’t overrun with people during the week. This well maintained trail was enough of a challenge to keep it interesting but not too hard that we weren’t completely dead by the end. There are great lookout points to view matrix of rolling hillsides and lakes that compose the Townships on the way up to the 595m summit.
